Naming oddities
Engineering buildings
The following engineering buildings exist
- E2 - Engineering 2
- E3 - Engineering 3
- E5 - Engineering 5
- E6 - Engineering 6
The gaps are due to the other engineering buildings being renamed at various points in history (see Engineering Timeline)
- E1: Renamed to Douglas Wright Engineering (DWE) in 1998
- E4: Renamed to Carl Pollock Hall (CPH) in 1979
- E7: Renamed to Pearl Sullivan Engineering (PSE) in 2025
- E8: A proposed new Engineering building, which doesn't exist yet.
- E9: Does not exist at all
- E10: Actually called Autonomous Vehicle Research and Intelligence Lab (AVRIL) on all maps (but Engineering 10 on floor plans)
Mathematics buildings
While there is no 'Mathematics 1' or 'Mathematics 2', Mathematics 3 (and the upcoming Mathematics 4) exist.
DC is the de-facto Math 2, and so MC is naturally 'Math 1'
Chemistry buildings
There is a C2, but there is no C1.
