Portal
Portal is the University of Waterloo's student digital assistant. It's a personalized app and website for UWaterloo students to keep them informed of campus services, events, and news and to provide academic information in one platform.
Sync your calendar
If you use a calendar app to organize yourself (like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or something weird), then you'll probably want to sync your schedule, exams, etc. from Portal to your own app.
- Go to portal.uwaterloo.ca/calendar
- Press the hamburger menu on the top left
- Press the three-dots next to 'My calendar'
- Select 'Export calendar'
- (you might need to wait for your calendar URL to load)
- Select 'Copy iCal URL' and enter it into your calendar app
The calendar should update automatically and reflect your current schedule.
